Lysander Ramos
Legal Assistant
Lysander Ramos is currently employed as a legal assistant who provides case support for all of the Firm’s docket of business visa cases in California and Texas. Mr. Ramos previously was employed as a paralegal at Deason Law, P.C. in Mexico City for many years before deciding to pursue his law degree. He is now in his final year of law studies at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
Representative Experience
- Successfully assisted the Firm in processing group H-2A visa applications on behalf of Mexican agricultural laborers before their departure to Hawaii, California, and Arizona.
- Assist Firm attorneys to schedule, prepare and file TN, H-1B, L-1, and other nonimmigrant visa applications with the U.S. Consulates in Mexico and before USCIS on behalf of corporate clientele and their employees.
